Summary:

Boiling Point Media is hiring a Project Coordinator who will play a vital role in keeping client projects organized. This position reports to the Head of Accounts and works closely with the entire team at Boiling Point Media. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and someone who is adaptable and able to think outside of the box. This role also requires the candidate to have extraordinary people skills, timely communication, and be a team player. Above all, this perfect candidate for this position must be adaptable and enjoy working with different team members to create a good flow from onboarding to execution of the project and then finally project deliverables.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Monitor email communication between client and Account Executive to input information into a project management system
    • Insert and track projects
    • Set realistic deadlines
    • Communicate with all team members involved
    • Keep all assets related to the project organized
    • Review projects prior to launching for errors or inconsistencies
Requirements

    • One to two years of project management experience
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • The willingness to work as a team but have the initiative to be self-reliant
    • Have an eye for creative
    • Contain excellent writing skills
    • Ability to follow strict deadlines and establish priorities
    • The ideal candidate will live in the OKC metro
