BBB December Ambassador Coffee

Here is a general outline of the event.

Preparation:

• As the host, please arrange coffee and water for attendees.
• Optional: Feel free to provide donuts or other refreshments.
• You are welcome to display promotional materials or logo merchandise.

During the Coffee:

• Boiling Point Media and the BBB teams will greet everyone, especially newcomers.
• The agenda will follow this simple format:
  • 10 minutes for networking.
  • Welcome and review the QR Code for attendance and follow-up email.
  • If a representative from Groundworks (our Presenting Sponsor) attends, they will have 3 minutes to address the group.
  • Introduction of Boiling Point Media as our host sponsor, allowing 5-7 minutes for you to share about your company and the benefits of BBB affiliation.
  • Each attendee will have an opportunity for a brief 1-minute elevator speech about themselves and their business.
  • Additional networking time if schedule allows.

Promotion and Growth:

• We will provide social media creatives (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to aid in invitations.
• Personalized invitations via email or LinkedIn messages are highly encouraged for optimal participation.
• Attendees are encouraged to invite their clients and contacts from other networking circles.
• We usually shoot a few short 30-45-second videos with you or someone in advance to promote the coffee. (this is your area of expertise. Feel free to run with it)
