Part-Time Social Media Specialist

Boiling Point Media is searching for the ideal candidate who knows how to tell a story, deliver a message, has an eye for design and stays up-to-date with social media trends. The ideal candidate will likely

• Be an excellent copywriter 
• Have great attention to detail
• Connect with any consumer
• Be able to speak their mind – speaking to high-level employees about new ideas and campaigns – agreeables or non-agreeables
• AB Testing, researching and continued learning
• Be an expert in creative writing and story-telling

Expectations and to-dos

• Strategize and create new innovative social media campaigns customized for each unique clientele to increase brand awareness and engagement and to convert leads into sales
• Develop comprehensive content calendars for all social mediums
• Write copy and schedule social media posts in our software
• Design graphics in Canva when needed
• Capture content at our client’s locations
• Create Instagram reels
• Track the performance of social media campaigns and help with reports 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social and digital media trends

The ideal candidate may have the following credentials

• Worked on social mediums: Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok
• Work on paid advertising: Facebook & Instagram
• Software: SEM Rush, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager
• Has worked/knowledge of social media influencers
• Bachelors in marketing, PR, advertising, or relevant field or work experience

Job Type: Part-Time

Hourly Rate: $10 – $15 per hour
