The Jurassic Games: Extinction was 100% filmed in the heart of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, in Boiling Point’s virtual production studio. The entirety of the film was done in studio with 100% Oklahoma Crew. This was possible with the use of advanced technology including live virtual camera tracking, an LED volume wall, in-camera special effects, and the expertise of Boiling Point employees.
At just over 100 minutes, The Jurassic Games: Extinction was written and directed by Ryan Bellgardt and produced by Boiling Point’s Emily Taylor. Main cast members for this movie include John W Heath, Katie Burgess, Ryan Francis, and Todd Terry. You might recognize some of these actors from other movies/tv shows like Landman, Gremlin, Hook, and Breaking Bad. Ryan Bellgardt is an award winning director who specializes in everything from advanced animation techniques, and film production, to directing and producing movies. Bellgardt also directed The Jurassic Games along with other similarly themed dinosaur movies.
